Profile
I was born and raised in the Bay Area and I have lived in Marin and Sonoma counties since 1971. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sonoma State University where I graduated with distinction and was the editor of the student newspaper. I began a career in sales shortly after college and soon recognized my passion for sales and real estate were an innate combination. Naturally sociable, I enjoy working with people and sharing in a client’s joy when the perfect home is found.

Represented by a brokerage that has been in business for nearly 100 years, I have sold and found homes for clients while making the experience enjoyable, memorable, and as smooth as possible.

I am a full service Realtor. Whether you are selling or buying a home (or both) I make the process as stress free as possible. I work with you and all of the “Team Members”, which include – Lenders, Escrow/Title Company, Inspectors and Contractors, to make your dream become a reality. The following is just a minimum list of my duties to you:

Selling:
Establish market value of your home and time frames for sale.
Recommend any repairs to obtain the best possible price.
Develop and implement marketing plan.
Review offers and negotiate best price and terms.
Maintain flow of information.
Oversee escrow period and all deadlines to successful close of escrow.

Purchase:
Determine criteria for new home.
Develop Action Plan.
Work with Lender to establish purchase power.
Show all available properties within criteria.
Prepare and present offer on property.
Negotiate best possible price and terms.
Schedule all inspections.
