My family dates back to the late 1800’s in the Petaluma area. Born and raised in San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma Counties, I understand that each town is its own community and this is reflected in the schools, neighborhoods and prices of real estate. Each community requires a different set of tools to buy and sell homes.
No market is a bad one, just different requiring a different approach whether you are buying or selling. If it is good for Sellers, it is not the best for Buyers and visa-versa. Now is the time for buyers whether it is a first time home, relocation or rental property so my focus is helping past clients and new take advantage of the historically low rates and home prices in the area.
